略歴

1972年、埼玉県生まれ。日本大学大学院芸術学研究科芸術専攻博士後期課程修了。博士(芸術学)。現在、日本大学芸術学部文芸学科教授。専攻は日本近現代文学。主要業績は、単著に『宮沢賢治を読む』(D文学研究会 1998)、『女脳文学特講 芙美子・翠・晶子・らいてう・野枝・弥生子・みすゞ』(三省堂 2011)など、論文に「日本軍政下インドネシアにおける林芙美子の文化工作~ジャカルタにおける足跡の紹介とともに~」『芸術学部紀要』68号2018)、「林芙美子『戦線』とペン部隊~「文壇人従軍関係費受領証」からみえてくるもの~」『芸術学部紀要』58号 2013)、「林芙美子の南方従軍についての現地調査報告③「スマトラ 西風の島」「荒野の虹」「望郷」に描かれるスマトラ」(『芸術学部紀要』57号 2013)、「林芙美子の南方従軍についての現地報告① インドネシア・トラワス村」『芸術学部紀要』55号 2012)などがある。

担当領域

戦時期の女性作家たち(とくに林芙美子)の足跡の調査。また、作品解析による日本人(とくに女性)の南方体験の検討。

Short Biography

SOKOLOVA-YAMASHITA Kiyomi (PhD in Arts) was born in Saitama Prefecture in 1972. Completed the doctoral course in arts at Nihon University Graduate School of Art.  Currently a professor at the Department of Literary Arts, Nihon University College of Art. She Majored in modern and contemporary Japanese literature. Her field of research is Japanese modern and contemporary literature. SOKOLOVA-YAMASHITA’s major publications include “Reading MIYAZAWA Kenji” (D-Bungaku Kenkyukai, 1998), “Special Lecture on Women’s Literature: Fumiko, Midori, Akiko, Raitcho, Noe, Yaiko, Misuzu” (Sanseido, 2011), and her articles include “Fumiko HAYASHI’s Cultural Work in Indonesia under the Japanese Military Government: With an Introduction to Her Footprints in Jakarta” (Bulletin of the Faculty of Fine Arts, No. 68, 2018), ” HAYASHI Fumiko’s ‘Front’ and the Pen Corps: What We Can See from the ‘Receipts for military-related expenses for literary figures ‘ (Bulletin of the Faculty of Fine Arts, No. 58, 2013), “Report on Field Research on HAYASHI Fumiko’s Military Service in the South (3) ‘Sumatra: Sumatra as Depicted in “Island of the West Wind,” “Rainbow in the Wilderness,” and “Bokyo(homesickness)” (Bulletin of the Faculty of Fine Arts, No. 57, 2013) , and “Field Report on HAYASHI Fumiko’s Military Service to the South: 1) Trawas Village, Indonesia,” (Bulletin of the Faculty of Fine Arts, No. 55, 2012).

Research Area

Research on the footprints of women writers (especially HAYASHI Fumiko) during the war period. Also, to examine Japanese people’s (especially women’s) experiences in the South by analyzing their works.
